WSUS Server Keeps Stopping

Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager → Server → Application Pools → Select “WSUSPool” → Actions Advanced → Recycling → change “Private Memory Limit (KB)“.

-set to 0 (no limit).
-started WSUSPool.
-started Windows WSUS service.
-started cleanup.
