Rogue Infections Hiding Start Menu Shortcuts

Here's the deal. Fake infections on Windows XP & Windows 7 have been hiding folders in LOCAL DISK C.

Basically we have to unhide the hidden folders.

We also have to move the START MENU shortcuts back.
