IE9 won't install on a Windows 7 64-bit system:

1.-download the SYSTEM UPDATE READINESS TOOL here:
2.http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/search.aspx?q=system+update+readiness+tool
3.-run the tool (as administrator)
4.-wait about 30 minutes.
5.-download the IE9 offline installer here:
6.http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/downloads/ie-9/worldwide-languages
7.-run the IE9 INSTALLER (as administrator).

That should do it.
